PDF files 

As an experiment (starting from March 2008) we are planning to supply some of our music as pdf files.  The advantages of this are:

• Reduced cost to you - 25% discount.

• No postage charges.

• Reduced printing and binding by us, although you will still have to do this yourself when you receive the file.  All pages are formatted in A4.  This may not be the best way for you to receive works with many pages unless you have binding facilities.

• A smaller carbon footprint per work, as we do not need to travel to the post office.

• You have an original and can produce spare copies if any get damaged or if you choir numbers suddenly increase.

• You recommend us to others!

If you have seen a work in our catalogue which can be supplied as a PDF file [look for the icon] please e-mail us with the following details:

• Title / Composer

• Quantity you require (e.g. choir set of 20)

• You will need to have installed Adobe Acrobat Reader - which is a free download

• please remember that this method may be less suitable for items with many pages as you will probably want to bind them in some fashion.

We will then let you know the cost and, upon receipt of your cheque, we will e-mail you the files.  This service will only be available directly from us, not from any other supplier.
