Description Blue parchment card, with a cream paper overlay, featuring a trombone silhouette with gold highlights, rotated and mounted on surrounds of navy blue tissue paper and gold card. The tissue paper has a torn edge for added effect. The paper overlay features a navy blue 'assorted notes' design, and has a fringe of torn navy blue tissue paper along its right hand edge. A single quaver note has been punched out of the corner of the top panel, revealing the navy blue tissue paper beneath it.
