Step 1: Write your contact details where shown.
Step 2: Choose your card design from those shown on our website.
Step 3: For your front and inside greetings (which can be different)
select from the following codes and enter your choices in the boxes provided.
The ‘Just a note’ design already has a front greeting of its own.

Step 4: State the quantity of the design you require.
Step 5: Enter the total cost of the cards.
Step 6: If you are ordering music at the same time (on a separate order form) disregard
the £2.00 Postage and Packing charge for cards.
Step 7: Enter the total cost of your card order at the bottom and send a cheque for
that amount - payable to Colin Ashworth - to the address above.
If you are ordering music, send a cheque for the combined Music and Cards order
and follow the Postage and Packing instructions on the music order form.
